Since 1976 my family has been producing and selling Pesto Genovese, we have 2 stores in Levanto. our history is made up of research and the desire to spread the knowledge of our primary product par excellence.
The experience we have been offering for over twenty years is unique and unrepeatable, our guests will participate in the preparation of pesto in a mortar, naturally with extra virgin olive oil tastings, wine tastings of our land, croutons with typical sauces and anchovy fillets from our sea with abundant explanations of how these wonders are prepared.

The experience
We are in Coso Italia in my business LA NICHE PEST… ifera, let's start by tasting different types of extra virgin olive oil and a fresh, slightly wavy wine. description and preparation of the Genoese Pesto in the mortar by Monia, tasting of the pesto produced with the modern method and comparison with the preparation by hand. in pairs mortar trial with photos and tasting of the various preparations; interspersed with tastings of different creams and pests, anchovies and marinated anchovies. white and red wine, lastly traditional Ligurian dessert and limoncino. abundance of explanations about our products and how they are prepared, the possibility of purchasing and shipping.
