TREKKING AND TASTING IN THE CINQUE TERRE
Here are all the excursions led by expert guides organised in the Cinque Terre National Park and Levanto for the month of October. Each day there is a different programme to discover the paths, vineyards, landscapes and monuments of the Park's Protected Area, with the possibility of tastings in the wineries. Tastings are optional, chargeable and must always be booked.
The excursions are included in the Cinque Terre Card, while for those who do not have it the cost is €6.50. In the event of adverse weather conditions, the calendar may be subject to change. The paths in the Cinque Terre are comparable to mountain trails and are therefore intended for people with good hiking skills.
For all hikes TREKKING SHOES MANDATORY, and open and/or smooth-soled footwear, i.e. not fitted with 'Vibram' type soles, is prohibited.

Times vary depending on the type of route and to avoid peak times.
The appointment for departure is always at one of the Park's Reception Centres located in the railway stations of the Cinque Terre villages.
