On May 26th there will be the 23rd edition of the Mangialonga, a food and wine trail in the valley of Levanto, among nature, music, fun and local products and dishes. Route and Menu coming soon!
The menu of this edition, except for last-minute changes, includes: Genoese focaccia in Ridarolo, salted anchovies in Fontona, salted rice cake in Chiesanuova, pasta with mussels in Legnaro, grilled pork steaks in San Bartolomeo, cod fritters in Pastine, broad beans and salami in Vignana, fruit with wine in Lerici and lemon cake on square Staglieno in Levanto. Wine won’t obviously be missing!
